Keisha Mayer, LPC

Founder, Therapist

I grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and attended college in Atlanta as well. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Morris Brown College and my Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University in 2007.

While practicing therapy over the past 16 years, I've gained a lot of knowledge. I've learned that therapy cannot come from a "One Size Fits All" approach. People are unique in their own way and come from different backgrounds. I meet people where they are and counsel according to the Individual.

I absolutely love what I do and would not trade my career path for anything in the world. I find my work extremely rewarding. I enjoy helping people through their struggles and reaching their fullest potential emotionally, physically, and even spiritually.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified School Counselor with over 17 years of experience working with students, parents, teachers and administrators.

I am a certified School Counselor & Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents, & adults, with particular emphasis on developing coping skills and social skills, stress and anger management, and maneuvering through life transitions (grief, divorce, parenting, etc.)
